I like drinking coffee. It is my morning ritual.
Tea sometimes, but that for me is a whole different "cup of tea".

They say it is not the container that counts, but what you are in it, however, it is nice to have a beautiful cup.

I wrote a collection of poems called Healingtree during covid lockdown in Ireland and it was a transforming experience.

Poems are meant to inspire, change our mood, and uplift us.

My good friend and RUbe teacher Tammy Bergen channeled, special healing rune staves for each poem.

My designer friend, who is a magician in his own right created a beautiful design of staves and poetry and put it in a cup.

So if you would like to make your morning coffee a ritual, and start your day in a Viking way

Get a cup ;)

They are waiting for you.

Cups don't judge, they just receive whatever you pour into them.

A lesson for all of, us to avoid judgments and learn a lesson in recieving :)
